Ray Stanton joined AI Dionic Board early 2025 as the Non-Executive Director Chair to bolster the company's growth strategy.

Ray brings a wealth of experience to AI DIONIC having led the Global System Integrator Division at BT Global Services. His expertise extends to founding RJMS Services in 2016, where he provides strategic business consulting and transformational services in addition to holding NED/Board Roles for UK & US businesses.

Ray was instrumental in helping set up global programmes on cyber resilience for the World Economic Forum and sat on the advisory board for the Information Security Forum. He has extensive experience in supply chain security and also held board level roles in the marketing sector and commercial services.

With his strong background in engineering and a BA in Business Administration from Bristol, Ray Stanton is a well-respected professional known for his philanthropic endeavours. He is known for his work in various charities over the past three decades, but takes most pride in establishing in 2004 the White Hat foundation in support of ChildLine (NSPCC). The White Hat Ball has gone on to deliver £3M in net contributions to ChildLine. Ray was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025. Ray is also recognised for his advocacy for developing diversity and inclusion in cybersecurity and technology.
